考察不同pH值对涤纶涂布所用Ag用量在0.0~2.0 mg/cm2(0.0-263 mg[Ag(NH3)2]+离子)和10.0 mL C6H12O6还原剂在0.0~10.0 g/L条件下的最佳条件,反应后涤纶按GB/T 3920—2008和GB/T 251—2008测定镀层干摩擦色牢度.试验结果表明,试验镀层稳定性与pH关系密切.pH=10~12时,可有效提高[Ag(NH3)2]+离子利用率,Ag优化用量为1.5 mg/m2, C6H12O6还原剂化学镀Ag优化浓度为8.0 g/L,有利于优化涤纶化学镀Ag层处理成本,同时有助于防止对操作技术人员的伤害和实现环境友好化.

The processes of activation / reduction by [Ag(NH3)2]+ / C6H12O6 with different values of pH are carried out to optimize the amount of Ag and concentration of glucose.The pH values are to change the effective concentration of [Ag(NH3)2]+,which decrease the effective concentration of [Ag(NH3)2]+ under pH=10~12. pH=12~14 are to maintain the high effective concentrations of [Ag(NH3)2]+ in solutions for activation / reduction. It is concluded that the optimal condition in this test is Ag amount of 1.5 mg/m2 and glucose concentration of 8.0 g/L to reduce the cost of electro-less silver coating and effect the environment-friendly treatment.
