通过近红外反射光谱(NIRS)技术并结合偏最小二乘法(PLS),以50个涤棉纺织品为测试样品,25个涤棉纺织品为验证样品,研究近红外光谱反射技术用于预测纺织品中涤棉含量的方法.试验结果表明,对原始光谱波数范围选取9918.4~6094.4 cm-1,进行一阶导数处理,采用改进偏最小二乘法建立纺织品涤棉含量的预测模型,R2值和RMSECV分别为98.31和1.26,外部验证R2值和RMSEP分别为0.9328和0.293,说明近红外反射光谱法快速无损检测纺织品中涤棉含量是可行的.

The determination of polyesterfiber and cotton content in textiles by using near infrared reflection spectroscopy (NIR) is investigated.NIR spectroscopy is used to determine the contents of polyesterfiber and cotton in 75 samples,including 50 samples for model validation and 25 samples for model prediction.The result shows that PLS model withfirst order derivative treatment and the wave range of 9918.4-6094.4 cm-1 can exhibit better prediction efficiency.The coefficient of determination (R2) and the root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC) are 98.31and 1.26 respectively;the coefficient of determination (R2) and the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) 0.932 8和0.293 respectively.It suggests that NIR spectroscopy can provide an accurate,reliable and nondestructive method for evaluating polyesterfiber and cotton content in textiles.
