At present, there are some problems demanding prompt solution in upgrading for PCBA automatic test in production line, such as the problem of the universal capability is not very strong and the cost is high. This paper proposed the solution based on retaining the present test equipment, which has the merits of fully automated, low cost,and high efficiency.
