We introduce the experience on the nursing posts in Ordos Center Hospital Management in this article. Nursing positions were explored to divide the different scale of nurses who undertaking corresponding nursing work. In this way, we get the outcome of that the promoted enthusiasm for nursing work and the sustainable development of quality in nursing work.
