This paper expoundes the importance of the construction of Obstetrical Nursing and intoduces the content of online course designing as well as the supporting environment for online teaching.By the comparison and discussion of students’different learning effects before and after online teaching,the result is clear that online course teaching can obviously improve the learning effect and quality.
