贫困生不仅要承受经济贫困，同时又承受着心理贫困的危机。只单纯从经济资助和心理干预，不能从根本上解决问题。依托省级实训基地，探索在经济上帮助贫困学生的同时，在专业能力上也能建立一套切实有效的贫困生职业生涯规划体系。
貧睏生不僅要承受經濟貧睏，同時又承受著心理貧睏的危機。隻單純從經濟資助和心理榦預，不能從根本上解決問題。依託省級實訓基地，探索在經濟上幫助貧睏學生的同時，在專業能力上也能建立一套切實有效的貧睏生職業生涯規劃體繫。
빈곤생불부요승수경제빈곤，동시우승수착심리빈곤적위궤。지단순종경제자조화심리간예，불능종근본상해결문제。의탁성급실훈기지，탐색재경제상방조빈곤학생적동시，재전업능력상야능건립일투절실유효적빈곤생직업생애규화체계。
Poor college students bear both financial and psychological pressure. Financial assistance alone and psychological intervention can’t fundamentally solve the problem.Relying on the provincial training base, this paper intends not only to solve thefinancial problems of poor students,but also to set up a system of career planning on professional competence.
