分别对常温、预热到500℃、预热到600℃、预热到700℃的304奥氏体不锈钢试板进行焊接，采用盲孔法分别对不同焊接温度的焊后试样进行焊接残余应力测试。结果表明，随着焊接温度的升高，304奥氏体不锈钢试样的焊接残余应力减小，焊接温度越高，残余应力减小的效果越明显，高温焊接可显著降低304奥氏体不锈钢的焊接残余应力。
분별대상온、예열도500℃、예열도600℃、예열도700℃적304오씨체불수강시판진행한접，채용맹공법분별대불동한접온도적한후시양진행한접잔여응력측시。결과표명，수착한접온도적승고，304오씨체불수강시양적한접잔여응력감소，한접온도월고，잔여응력감소적효과월명현，고온한접가현저강저304오씨체불수강적한접잔여응력。
304 stainless steel test specimens were welded at room temperature,500 ℃,600 ℃and 700 ℃.The welding residual stresses of test specimen was measured by small blind hole method under various temperature.The results show that high temperature welding can effective-ly reduce the welding residual stresses of 304 stainless steel,the welding residual stress decrease with the increase of heating temperature,the higher the soldering temperatures,less the welding residual stresses.
