对高职海洋工程技术专业基于区域产业优势开展校企合作、订单式培养,创新实践“三层六段、厂校一体”工学交替的人才培养模式,校企合作构建“岗位工作引领、能力培养为主”的新型课程体系,以及以职业能力培养为目标建设“内外互补、校企联动”的实训实习基地等内容进行探讨,为高职海洋工程技术专业“工学交替”人才培养提供了新的思路。
對高職海洋工程技術專業基于區域產業優勢開展校企閤作、訂單式培養,創新實踐“三層六段、廠校一體”工學交替的人纔培養模式,校企閤作構建“崗位工作引領、能力培養為主”的新型課程體繫,以及以職業能力培養為目標建設“內外互補、校企聯動”的實訓實習基地等內容進行探討,為高職海洋工程技術專業“工學交替”人纔培養提供瞭新的思路。
대고직해양공정기술전업기우구역산업우세개전교기합작、정단식배양,창신실천“삼층륙단、엄교일체”공학교체적인재배양모식,교기합작구건“강위공작인령、능력배양위주”적신형과정체계,이급이직업능력배양위목표건설“내외호보、교기련동”적실훈실습기지등내용진행탐토,위고직해양공정기술전업“공학교체”인재배양제공료신적사로。
The paper discusses the talent training mode conducted by ocean engineering technology of higher voca-tional college based on the advantages of regional industry ,the mode is on“working and learning alternation style”of u-niversity-enterprise cooperation ,ordering training and innovation practice on“three levels and six stages ,integration of factory and school” ,the paper also discusses the construction of the new curriculum system called “job guide ,ability training oriented” through school-enterprise cooperating , As well as the practice bases which professional competence training as the goal of building” inside and outside the complementary linkage between schools and enterprises” .It pro-vides a new idea for talent training mode of“working and learning alternation style”in ocean engineering technology major of higher vocational college.
