通过对循环水系统水质和运行工况的监测,分析了液化天然气厂液化单元热交换器结垢与腐蚀产生的原因,对结垢与腐蚀的相互影响进行了探讨,并对流速、pH 值、细菌、加药量等因素对热交换器结垢与腐蚀的影响进行分析,给出了解决方法与建议。

Through monitoring of water quality and operating conditions of circulating water sys-tem,the scaling and corrosion problems of heat exchanger in liquefaction unit of liquefied natural gas plant was analyzed and the interaction of scaling and corrosion was discussed.Influential fac-tors on the heat exchanger such as flow velocity,pH,bacteria and inhibitor concentration are dis-cussed.Solutions and suggestions were also provided.
