根据对桩腿耦合装置特殊结构及其焊接工艺的分析研究,制定了该装置的预制新工艺,将其在某项目8个桩腿耦合装置单部件预制及整体组装过程中应用,结果表明,采用新工艺不仅可减少人力投入,缩短工时,而且可大幅降低工人劳动强度。

Under studying the special structure and welding specification of leg mating unit,a new prefabrication technique was designed.Then the new technique was applied to the prefabri-cation and integral erection of the leg mating unit for one given project.As a result,the manpow-er-input was decreased,the man-hour was shortened and the work intensity very obviously was reduced.
