Hot Summer and Cold Winter region%energy conservation in building%intermittent%interior insulation%exterior insulation%thermal analysis
针对夏热冬冷地区间歇式用能特点,采用ANSYS软件对外墙内外保温墙体进行热分析。通过间断式施加温度荷载模拟空调运行,分析两种保温形式的墙体内温度变化情况。研究结果表明,受墙体内侧温度荷载的影响,内保温墙体内表面温度变化明显,且热量集中分布在内侧保温层部分,不易散失;外保温墙体受内侧温度荷载的影响较小,热量在墙体内分布均匀。在相同时间内,内保温需要施加荷载的时间明显比外保温的少。
針對夏熱鼕冷地區間歇式用能特點,採用ANSYS軟件對外牆內外保溫牆體進行熱分析。通過間斷式施加溫度荷載模擬空調運行,分析兩種保溫形式的牆體內溫度變化情況。研究結果錶明,受牆體內側溫度荷載的影響,內保溫牆體內錶麵溫度變化明顯,且熱量集中分佈在內側保溫層部分,不易散失;外保溫牆體受內側溫度荷載的影響較小,熱量在牆體內分佈均勻。在相同時間內,內保溫需要施加荷載的時間明顯比外保溫的少。
침대하열동랭지구간헐식용능특점,채용ANSYS연건대외장내외보온장체진행열분석。통과간단식시가온도하재모의공조운행,분석량충보온형식적장체내온도변화정황。연구결과표명,수장체내측온도하재적영향,내보온장체내표면온도변화명현,차열량집중분포재내측보온층부분,불역산실;외보온장체수내측온도하재적영향교소,열량재장체내분포균균。재상동시간내,내보온수요시가하재적시간명현비외보온적소。
According to the characteristics of intermittent energy consumption in Hot Summer and Cold Winter region ,we analyzed the exterior wall of internal insulation and external insulation by using ANSYS software in the thermodynamic module .By applying intermittent temperature load to simulate air conditioning running , we studied the wall’ s temperature changing in two kinds of thermal insulation .T he results show that affected by the inside temperature load of the w all ,the inner surface of interior insulation temperature changes significantly ,and the heat is concentrated on the medial portion of the insulation layer and it’s not easy to be lost ;exterior insulation is less affected by the inside temperature load ,heat evenly distributed in the wall .At the same time ,the internal heat preservation needs to apply the load time is significantly less than the external insulation .
