针对国内现有火车卡平料技术和装置的不足，开发了一种移动式智能火车卡散料螺旋平料机。该设备自带动力装置，可直接在火车卡两侧车帮上行走，利用螺旋横向输料及刮板纵向推料的原理实现火车物料的平整，智能化的设计保障了设备的安全可靠使用。在港口实际应用过程中体现出该设备平料效率高、平料效果好、转场方便、自动化程度高等优点。

Aiming at the shortage of domestic flattening technology and equipment for bulk cargo of open railway carriage,a kind of intelligent movable spiral flattening machine is developed. This machine has a power plant moves on the carriages of train and achieve the flattening operation of the bulk cargo in the railway carriage by using spiral to transverse feeding and longitudinal pushing. Intelligent design guarantees the machine to safely and reliably use. Some advantages of the device are reflected in the practical application on the port,such as good flattening effect,high efficiency,convenient transition,high automation and so on.
