目的:探究应用饮食指导卡对糖尿病患者实施饮食指导的效果。方法选择2014年2月—2015年2月该院收治的糖尿病患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规饮食护理,实验组在常规饮食指导方式基础上采用饮食指导卡方式,比较两组临床护理作用。结果实验组护理满意度90.0%明显高于对照组70.0%,实验组患者糖尿病饮食知识与行为掌握情况总掌握率为96.67%明显高于对照组30.0%,护理后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖分别为(6.35±1.53)、(11.93±1.02)明显低于对照组(9.36±1.49)、(14.10±1.23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用饮食指导卡能够有效提高护理满意度、提高患者的糖尿病饮食知识与行为掌握情况,对控制患者血糖、促进护患关系有一定积极意义,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of dietary guidance on the implementation of dietary guidance for patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods From February 2014 to February 2015, 60 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The experimental group was treated with dietary guidance card. The clinical nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group 70%, and the total control rate was 30% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (6.35±1.53), (11.93±1.02), (9.36±1.49), (14.10±1.23), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of dietary guidance card can effectively improve nursing satisfaction, improve the knowledge and behavior of patients with diabetes, the control of pa-tients with blood glucose and promote the relationship between nurses and patients with a certain positive significance, it is worthy of clinical use.
