麻栎种子采收后要及时进行灭虫处理,否则会影响种子质量,给育苗带来严重后果。通过不同方法处理试验,结果表明:水浸法和药剂法效果较好,水浸法生活力和优良度均达到81%以上;药剂法生活力和优良度达到75%以上;而未处理的种子虫害率达到26.3%,生活力和优良度均在40%以下。种子的贮藏方法以室内和室外混沙贮藏法效果最佳,发芽率达到80%左右,种子的含水率在40%以上。

Quercus acutima seeds should be timely conducted disinfestation treatment after harvest,otherwise it will affect the quality of seeds,with serious consequences to the nursery.Through different treatments,result shows that immersion and pharmaceutical method can obtain the optimal effect;viability and excellent degree of immersion method all reach by above 81%;viability and excellent degree of chemical method reach above 75%,whereas the pest ratio of untreated seeds reach by 26.3%,viability and excellent degree are all less than 40%.Tests show that the method (mixed sand with seed indoors and outdoors)can obtain the optimal effect,the germination rate is about 80%,and the seed moisture content is above 40%.
