建筑产业现代化是建筑业实现可持续发展和转型升级的重要途径。近两年来，建筑产业现代化进程明显加快，在建筑工程中的应用也越来越多，从建筑产业现代化发展现状及项目应用等方面进行了梳理浅析，提出了几点建议。

Construction industry modernization is an important way to realize sustainable development and transformation and upgrading of construction industry. Nearly two years,construction industry modernization significantly speeding up,also was more and more used in engineering construction,the modernization of the construction industry need rational view of the lack of practical experience and other factors to realize the steady and sustainable development. This paper teased the development of the construction industry and the status quo of the application of the project application situation,and provided a practical reference to promote the development of the construction industry.
