目的:探讨空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbALc)检测在糖尿病诊断中的临床价值。方法选择2014年10月—2015年1月在该院诊断为空腹血糖受损者120例纳入试验组,选择同期在该院进行健康体检的健康人110例纳入对照组,两组性别、年龄等一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均行FPG和HbALc检测,比较两组FPG和HbALc检测结果。结果试验组FPG、HbALc检测结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以FPG≥7.0 mmol/L为标准,试验组糖尿病确诊率为46.67%,以HbALc≥6.5%为标准,试验组糖尿病确诊率为88.33%,以FPG≥7.0 mmol/L、HbALc≥6.5%为标准,试验组糖尿病确诊率为98.33%,三种标准糖尿病确诊率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白联合检测可准确诊断糖尿病,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of fasting blood glucose (FPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbALc) detection in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. Methods From October 2014 to January 2015, 120 patients with impaired fasting blood glucose were included in our hospital. 110 patients were included in the control group. The two groups were treated with HbALc and FPG. Results It showed that there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). The FPG and FPG were significantly higher than those in the control group (HbALc < two). FPG is greater than or equal to 7.0 mmol / L as the standard, the test group of diabetes diagnosed rate was 46.67%, HbAlc is greater than or equal to 6.5% as the standard, the test group of diabetes diagnosed rate was 88.33%, FPG is greater than or equal to 7.0 mmol/ L, HbAlc is more than or equal to 6.5% as the standard, test group of diabetes diagnosed rate was 98.33%, three criteria for diabetes mellitus diagnosed rate comparison, there were significant difference(P<0.05);Conclusion Fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin combined detection can accurately diagnose diabetes, has high clinical application value.
