目的：分析糖尿病患者并发双下肢肌脓肿的诊断中应用彩色多普勒超声的临床价值。方法选择2012年3月—2014年2月在该院进行治疗的糖尿病患者355例，行彩色多普勒检查双下肢肌脓肿，将引流液送检实验室，比较彩色多普勒超声及实验室检查结果，分析彩色多普勒超声的临床诊断价值。结果355例糖尿病患者中经多普勒超声检查确诊合并双下肢肌脓肿患者8例，约占2.25%；引流液体送检实验室后，检出细菌感染9例，约占2.54%，比较超声检出率及实验室检出率，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论将彩色多普勒检查应用于糖尿病患者确诊合并双下肢肌脓肿中，具有无创、安全性较好，操作便捷等优点，临床诊断价值良好，值得进一步推广及应用。
목적：분석당뇨병환자병발쌍하지기농종적진단중응용채색다보륵초성적림상개치。방법선택2012년3월—2014년2월재해원진행치료적당뇨병환자355례，행채색다보륵검사쌍하지기농종，장인류액송검실험실，비교채색다보륵초성급실험실검사결과，분석채색다보륵초성적림상진단개치。결과355례당뇨병환자중경다보륵초성검사학진합병쌍하지기농종환자8례，약점2.25%；인류액체송검실험실후，검출세균감염9례，약점2.54%，비교초성검출솔급실험실검출솔，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론장채색다보륵검사응용우당뇨병환자학진합병쌍하지기농종중，구유무창、안전성교호，조작편첩등우점，림상진단개치량호，치득진일보추엄급응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic patients with double lower limb muscle abscess. Methods March 2012 - 2014 years 2 months in our hospital for treatment of diabetic patients, 355 cases, color Doppler examination of lower limbs muscle abscess, drainage fluid inspection laboratory, compari-son of color Doppler ultrasound and laboratory examination results. Analysis the clinical diagnosis of color Doppler ultra-sound off value. Results 355 cases of diabetic patients diagnosed by Doppler ultrasound with double lower limbs muscle abscess patients in 8 cases, about 2.25%; for drainage of the liquid inspection laboratory detection bacteria infection in 9 cases, accounted for about 2.54%. Compared with the ultrasonic detection rate and laboratory detection rate, there are some differences, but it is not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The color Doppler examination in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic patients with double lower limb muscle abscess, with no record, safe, easy to operate, the clinical diag-nosis value is good, it is worth further promotion and application.
