成人英语培训课程的开展是成人继续教育以及职业技能培训的重要内容，对于成人相关技能水平的提升以及整个社会文化素养的强化都有着显著的促进作用。但是现阶段在成人英语教学过程中，由于受到办学实际情况的限制以及学员学习背景的影响，整个英语培训面临许多问题，尤其是语言学习中最重要的语法教学。在这些培训问题的限制下，英语培训的效果很难有效的被体现出来。因此文章在这一背景下，以实际的教学经验为参考，对成人英语培训语法课教学面临的问题及对策进行探究，以为成人英语培训课高质量地开展提供相关的借鉴。
