随着科技的发展，移动技术在日常生活中扮演越来越重要的角色，对人们的生活、学习等方面产生了重要的影响，特别是近年来移动技术的发展在外语远程教学中显示了自身的优势，最大限度上显示了外语教学的灵活性、互动性和情境性的特点。实现远程教学内容和移动技术的结合，能够丰富信息技术条件下的外语教学理论，形成外语教育技术学。文章通过阐述移动技术环境下的外语远程教学的实践理论基础、概念、特点，分析其教学优势，并为其具体实践提供策略。

With the development of science and technology, mobile technology plays an increasingly important role in daily life. It has a great influence on people's life and learning. Especially in recent years, the development of mobile technology has shown its advantages in foreign language teaching. The combination of remote teaching content and mobile technology, which can enrich for?eign language teaching theory under the condition of information technology, forms a foreign language education technology. In this paper, the practice theory, concept and characteristics of foreign language teaching in mobile technology are described, and the ad?vantages of foreign language teaching are analyzed.
