我国米糠产量极为丰富，但由于研究利用水平有限，造成了米糠这一宝贵资源的极大浪费。近年来研究发现，米糠多糖具有抗肥胖、抗心血管疾病、降血糖、抗癌和提高免疫力等生理功能。该文总结了米糠多糖的提取方法，进一步分析了米糠多糖生理功能及可能的分子机理，展望了米糠多糖的未来应用领域。为进一步深入研究米糠多糖和开发米糠多糖产品提供参考。
아국미강산량겁위봉부，단유우연구이용수평유한，조성료미강저일보귀자원적겁대낭비。근년래연구발현，미강다당구유항비반、항심혈관질병、강혈당、항암화제고면역력등생리공능。해문총결료미강다당적제취방법，진일보분석료미강다당생리공능급가능적분자궤리，전망료미강다당적미래응용영역。위진일보심입연구미강다당화개발미강다당산품제공삼고。
China has a large yieldof rice bran. However,the utility researchof rice bran has lagged behind,which hascaused a huge wasteof the valuable resource. Recent studies had found that rice bran polysaccharidecontribute to anti–obesity,anti–cardiovascular diseases,anti–diabetes,anti–cancer and improved immunity. In this paper,the extraction and purification methodsof rice bran polysaccharide were summarized,its physiological functions and possible molecular mechanism were further analyzed and application field was prospected. This paper would provide references for further investigatingof rice bran polysaccharide and developing products basedon rice bran polysaccharide.
