我国米糠产量极为丰富,但由于研究利用水平有限,造成了米糠这一宝贵资源的极大浪费。近年来研究发现,米糠多糖具有抗肥胖、抗心血管疾病、降血糖、抗癌和提高免疫力等生理功能。该文总结了米糠多糖的提取方法,进一步分析了米糠多糖生理功能及可能的分子机理,展望了米糠多糖的未来应用领域。为进一步深入研究米糠多糖和开发米糠多糖产品提供参考。

China has a large yieldof rice bran. However,the utility researchof rice bran has lagged behind,which hascaused a huge wasteof the valuable resource. Recent studies had found that rice bran polysaccharidecontribute to anti–obesity,anti–cardiovascular diseases,anti–diabetes,anti–cancer and improved immunity. In this paper,the extraction and purification methodsof rice bran polysaccharide were summarized,its physiological functions and possible molecular mechanism were further analyzed and application field was prospected. This paper would provide references for further investigatingof rice bran polysaccharide and developing products basedon rice bran polysaccharide.
