随着医改的不断深入，越来越多的基层医院临床药师开始参与到临床合理用药中。笔者结合在基层医院的工作经历，就基层医院临床药师的工作现状、工作中的成绩与面临的问题、临床药师如何更快进步等问题总结了个人体会，并对基层医院临床药师的工作前景进行展望。
隨著醫改的不斷深入，越來越多的基層醫院臨床藥師開始參與到臨床閤理用藥中。筆者結閤在基層醫院的工作經歷，就基層醫院臨床藥師的工作現狀、工作中的成績與麵臨的問題、臨床藥師如何更快進步等問題總結瞭箇人體會，併對基層醫院臨床藥師的工作前景進行展望。

To guide clinical rational medication is an essential way by which the pharmacist is transformed from pharmacy pharmacist to clinical pharmacist. On the basis of personal experience in the clinical pharmacy department in the grass-roots hospitals, the author presents the current work, the achievements and problems of clinical pharmacists in the grass-roots hospitals, discusses how to make greater progress for clinical pharmacists, and analyzes the work prospect of clinical pharmacists in the grass-roots hospitals.
