Communication science, sociology and political science have paid great attention on Internet rumors research. However, linguistics seldom touches this field. Based on the overview of previous research at home and abroad, the article analyzes the lin?guistic features of inter rumors from the aspects of number, lexicon, sentence and paragraph.
