目的:了解该院毕业生自我评价及用人单位的评价,毕业生对学院教育教学、科研、管理的建议,探讨以市场需求为导向的护理本科教育教学改革思路。方法采用自编问卷,对26个地市共64家用人单位的管理人员和该院毕业生进行问卷调查。结果用人单位对该院毕业生总体评价较好,对外语水平及科研创新能力评价相对较弱;毕业生自我评价中,对自身专业理论知识、专业操作技能较为肯定,对科研创新能力、外语水平、语言表达及沟通能力评价较弱。结论护理院校应加大教育教学改革,以市场需求为导向,以素质教育为核心,优化课程设置;根据市场对护理人才实用性的需求,建设“双师型”教师队伍。

Objective To understand the self -evaluation from the graduates and the evaluation from employers, learn the suggestions from the graduates regarding the teaching, education, research and management of our college and discuss the market demand oriented education reform of the undergraduate education of nursing.Method Self -edited questionnaire was adopted to conduct survey on manage-ment staff of 64 employers in 26 cities and graduates of our college.Results The overall evaluation of employers on graduates from our college was relative positive, while the evaluation of the foreign language level and scientific innovation ability was less positive; In terms of self -evaluation, the graduates are confident about their academic knowledge and professional practice, but are not satisfied with their scien-tific innovation ability, foreign language level and communication skills.Conclusion Nursing colleges need to reinforce education reform, orient to market demand, focus on quality education and optimize subject design.Based on the practicability requirement of nursing graduates, the dual-qualification teach-ers'team should be reinforced.
