目的：研究探讨肿瘤患者治疗后血常规标本放置时间对结果的影响。方法在20℃室温保存条件下，采用Sysmex XE‐2100全自动血液分析仪对70例健康体检者和133例恶性肿瘤治疗后患者的血常规标本在6个不同时段（0．5、2、4、6、8、24h）进行检测，并以0．5h的检测结果作为对照进行稳定性观察。结果肿瘤治疗组血常规白细胞（WBC）、中性粒细胞（NEUT）、淋巴细胞（LYMPH）、单核细胞（MONO）、嗜酸性粒细胞（EO）、嗜碱性粒细胞（BASO）、红细胞（RBC）、血红蛋白（HB）、血小板计数（PLT）在其他时间段的检测结果与0．5 h检测结果比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），而在24 h检测的血细胞比容（HCT）、红细胞分布宽度（RDW）、平均红细胞体积（MCV）值与0．5 h检测结果相比结果呈增高趋势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。所有结果均与健康组变化一致。结论室温保存条件下，肿瘤患者治疗后的血常规结果与健康人一样稳定，但是仍然需要考虑部分参数（HCT、RDW、MCV）的变化，以便于为临床提供更加可靠的数据。
목적：연구탐토종류환자치료후혈상규표본방치시간대결과적영향。방법재20℃실온보존조건하，채용Sysmex XE‐2100전자동혈액분석의대70례건강체검자화133례악성종류치료후환자적혈상규표본재6개불동시단（0．5、2、4、6、8、24h）진행검측，병이0．5h적검측결과작위대조진행은정성관찰。결과종류치료조혈상규백세포（WBC）、중성립세포（NEUT）、림파세포（LYMPH）、단핵세포（MONO）、기산성립세포（EO）、기감성립세포（BASO）、홍세포（RBC）、혈홍단백（HB）、혈소판계수（PLT）재기타시간단적검측결과여0．5 h검측결과비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05），이재24 h검측적혈세포비용（HCT）、홍세포분포관도（RDW）、평균홍세포체적（MCV）치여0．5 h검측결과상비결과정증고추세，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）。소유결과균여건강조변화일치。결론실온보존조건하，종류환자치료후적혈상규결과여건강인일양은정，단시잉연수요고필부분삼수（HCT、RDW、MCV）적변화，이편우위림상제공경가가고적수거。
Objective To explore the influence of blood routine sample storage time on detection results in the patients with cancer after therapy .Methods Under the storage condition at the room temperature of 20 ℃ ,the blood routine samples from 70 normal controls and 133 patients with malignant tumor after therapy were detected at differ‐ent time periods of 0 .5 ,2 ,4 ,6 ,8 ,24 h by using the Sysmex XE‐2100 automated hematological analyzer .Then with the detection results at 0 .5 h as the control ,the stability was observed .Results WBC ,NEUT ,LYMPH ,MONO , EO ,BASO ,RBC ,HB and PLT in the tumor treatment group had no statistical differences between the detection re‐sults at 0 .5 h and the results at other time periods (P>0 .05) ,but the results of HCT ,RDW and MCV detected at 24 h were significantly higher than those detected at 0 .5 h ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .01) .All the detection results were as the same as those in the normal control group .Conclusion The detection results of blood routine in the patients with cancer after therapy were as the same stable as those in normal controls under the storage condition of room temperature ,but the changes of partial parameters (HCT ,RDW ,MCV ) should be consid‐ered in order to provide more reliable results for clinic .
