近几年，慕课、微课和翻转课堂风靡全国。该文首先区分了三者的概念及其在国内外的研究现状，接着分析了三者对传统的大学英语课堂带来的冲击，最后从教学资源、教学功能、教学设计以及教学评价四个方面阐释了大学英语教师的重新定位，以便能更好地应对这个大数据时代的到来。

In recently years, the modes of MOOCs, Micro-lectures and Flipped Classes have swept the whole nation. This thesis, firstly, distinguishes these three concepts and discusses the literature of them at home and abroad, then analyzes the impact brought on the traditional Chinese College English classrooms, and finally, demonstrates the new orientations of English teachers from four aspects:resources, functions, designs, and assessment of teaching, so as to offer suggestions concerning how to face the new era.
