目的:了解男性服刑人员的服刑能力,为监狱管理工作提供依据。方法于2012年3月采用自编服刑能力调查表收集23例由四川省雅安监狱医院委托进行服刑能力鉴定的男性服刑人员资料,对其一般情况及病种进行比较分析。结果被鉴定者受教育程度在初中及以下者共20例(86.96%),无服刑能力者占65.20%,均为精神分裂症。鉴定为有服刑能力且符合精神障碍诊断标准的占26.09%,其中癫痫所致精神障碍8.70%,精神分裂症4.35%,酒精所致精神障碍4.35%,待分类的精神障碍4.35%,持续性心境障碍4.35%,无精神障碍者占8.70%。结论在被鉴定男性服刑人员中,以无服刑能力者为主,均为精神分裂症患者,近三分之一的被鉴定者有服刑能力但仍符合精神障碍诊断标准。

Objective To understand the prison capacity of male prisoners and provide the basis for prison administration. Methods Use self - made questionnaire to collect 23 felons identification cases from Ya′an prison hospital of Sichuan province,com-pare and analysis their general situation and diseases types. Results They were mostly junior high school education level and below ac-counted for 86. 96% . No ability to serve accounted for 65. 20% ,all of them were schizophrenia. Identified as having prison capacity, in line with the diagnosis of mental disorders accounted for 26. 09% ,of which 8. 70% of mental disorders due to epilepsy,schizophre-nia 4. 35% ,alcohol induced mental disorder 4. 35% ,unclassified mental disorder 4. 35% ,persistent mood disorder 4. 35% ,without psychosis 8. 70% . Conclusion Among the male felons,most of them have no ability to serve,and all of them are schizophrenia. Nearly one third have ability to serve and meet the diagnosis of mental disorders.
