病理生理学是一门沟通临床医学与基础医学的桥梁性学科,目前病理生理学教学模式仍以传统的教师课堂讲解为主,由于病理生理学内容抽象,学生往往听课效果不佳。因此,在病理生理学教学中引入 PBL 教学模式,探索更适合病理生理教学的方法具有重要意义。
病理生理學是一門溝通臨床醫學與基礎醫學的橋樑性學科,目前病理生理學教學模式仍以傳統的教師課堂講解為主,由于病理生理學內容抽象,學生往往聽課效果不佳。因此,在病理生理學教學中引入 PBL 教學模式,探索更適閤病理生理教學的方法具有重要意義。

PBL (problem -based learning, PBL) is a problem-based, student-centered teaching method.It advocates students to solve problems through self-study, analysis, discussion and collabora-tion, cultivates the self-study ability and develops the capability of comprehensive thinking of students. Pathophysiology is a “bridge” subject communicating between clinical and basic medicine and the current teaching mode of pathophysiology is still mainly traditional classroom teaching.Because the content of pathophysiology is complex and abstract, the lecture effects on students are normally under expectation. Therefore, the introduction of PBL teaching method to the teaching of pathophysiology and the exploration of more suitable teaching methods to pathophysiology are of great significance.
