以南京地区某城镇污水处理厂剩余污泥为处理对象,通过测定污泥含水率、过滤性能、污泥比阻及沉降性能等,研究投加不同剂量阳离子聚丙烯酰胺 CPAM,及聚合氯化铝 PAC 或聚合硫酸铁 PFS 与 CPAM 联用条件下,实现改善污泥脱水性能的目的。试验结果表明:单独投加 CPAM污泥脱水性能得到明显改善,投加量为10 mg/ L,污泥比阻自0.680×109 s2/ g 降至0.387×109 s2/ g;污泥含水率自98.13%降至82.55%;投加30.8 mg / L PAC +10 mg / L CPAM 或40.2 mg / L PFS +10 mg / L CPAM,污泥比阻分别降至0.261×109 s2/ g、0.269×10s2/ g,污泥含水率分别降至80.63%和79.71%。

the cationoid polyacrylamide(CPAM)and CPAM coupled with inorganic coagulants were investigated for using as agents to improve sludge dewatering ability from wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)of Nanjing area. The key parameters influencing the dewater ability of sludge conditioned, including the water content,filtration time,sedimentation and specific resistance were systematically evaluated. The experimental results showed that the dewatering performance of sludge was improved significantly when 10 mg / L CPAM alone was added into the sludge,and the specific resistance of sludge can be reduced from 0. 680 109 s2 / g to 0. 387 109 s2 / g,the sludge water content can be re-duced from 98. 13% to 82. 55% . When dosage of PAC 30. 8 mg / L,or dosage of PFS 40. 2 mg / L coupled with 10 mg / L CPAM were used,the specific resistance s of sludge were 0. 261 × 109 s2 / g and 0. 269 × 109 s2 / g,the sludge water contents were 80. 63% and 79. 71% respectively.
