目的:探讨罗定市中小学教师的心理健康状况,分析其影响因素,为提高教师心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取罗定市42所学校共1260名中小学教师进行调查。使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估其心理健康状况。结果①中小学教师除人际敏感因子分低于全国常模(t =-4.399,P <0.01),其余各因子评分及总评分均高于全国常模(t =3.832~15.356,P <0.01);②女性教师的躯体化、强迫症状、忧郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执因子评分均高于男性教师(t =-3.787~-1.978,P <0.01);③班主任的人际敏感、敌对因子评分高于非班主任(t =2.070,P <0.05;t =2.256,P <0.05);④农村地区的教师在恐怖、精神病性因子评分上高于其他地区的教师(F =4.717,P <0.01;F =5.520,P <0.01);⑤年龄大、学历高的教师各因子评分均高于年龄小(F =7.695~21.325,P <0.01)、学历低(F =181.587~431.086,P <0.01)的教师。结论罗定市中小学教师的人际敏感性相对较低。不同的性别、年龄、职务、学历、以及地域等因素可能会影响中小学教师的心理健康状况。

Objective To investigate the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers in Louding city and ana-lyze the characteristics of mental health in different subgroups,which may provide a scientific basis for mental health work of these teachers. Methods Forty - two schools from 21 towns were selected by stratified random sampling method. A total of 1260 teachers of primary and secondary schools in Luoding were randomly selected and evaluated by Self - reporting Inventory(SCL - 90). Results ①The interpersonal sensitivity factor scores of those teachers were significantly lower than domestic norm levels(t = - 4. 399,P < 0. 01), the rest of each factor and total scores of SCL - 90 were higher than domestic norm levels(t = 3. 832 ~ 15. 356,P < 0. 01). ②The so-matization,obsessive - compulsive,depression,anxiety,hostility,horror and pararwia factors scores of female teachers were all signif-icantly higher than those of male teachers(t = - 3. 87 ~ - 1. 978,P < 0. 01). ③The interpersonal sensitivity and hostility factors scores of head teachers were higher than those of other teachers(t = 2. 070,P < 0. 05;t = 2. 256,P < 0. 05). ④The horror and psychoticism factors score of teachers in rural areas were higher than those of other teachers(F = 4. 717,P < 0. 01;F = 5. 520,P < 0. 01). ⑤Score of each factor of the older and highby educated teachers were higher than those of the young(F = 7. 695 ~ 21. 325,P < 0. 01)and low education(F = 181. 587 ~ 431. 086,P < 0. 01)teachers. Conclusion The interpersonal sensitivity of primary and secondary schools teachers is relatively lower in Luoding. There are differences of mental health status of primary and secondary schools teachers in differ-ent gender,age,position,degree and area. Further work should be provided to improve the mental health of teachers.
