村级动物防疫队伍是基层动物疫病防控工作的重要基本力量。在动物疫病防控新形势下，上海市松江区新浜镇积极探索实践村级动物防疫员的绩效考核机制，建立了一套科学有效的基层兽医队伍运行机制和管理考核办法，极大地促进了村级防疫员的工作积极性，保证村级兽医工作的高效开展。
