Callicarpa kwangtungensis%Drying temperature%Quality
目的:观察广东紫珠药材加工过程中温度对药材质量的影响。方法:以抗炎活性成分金食蚕苷和连翘酯苷B作为广东紫珠药材质量评价指标,评价干燥温度对广东紫珠药材的影响。结果:40℃恒温干燥的广东紫珠药材含水分较低,金食蚕苷和连翘酯苷B含量均较高,药材品质最好。结论:不同干燥温度对广东紫珠药材质量影响较大。
目的:觀察廣東紫珠藥材加工過程中溫度對藥材質量的影響。方法:以抗炎活性成分金食蠶苷和連翹酯苷B作為廣東紫珠藥材質量評價指標,評價榦燥溫度對廣東紫珠藥材的影響。結果:40℃恆溫榦燥的廣東紫珠藥材含水分較低,金食蠶苷和連翹酯苷B含量均較高,藥材品質最好。結論:不同榦燥溫度對廣東紫珠藥材質量影響較大。
목적:관찰엄동자주약재가공과정중온도대약재질량적영향。방법:이항염활성성분금식잠감화련교지감B작위엄동자주약재질량평개지표,평개간조온도대엄동자주약재적영향。결과:40℃항온간조적엄동자주약재함수분교저,금식잠감화련교지감B함량균교고,약재품질최호。결론:불동간조온도대엄동자주약재질량영향교대。
Objective: To explore the effects of different drying temperatures on the quality of Callicarpa kwangtungensis. Methods: The retention rate of Poliumoside and Forsythoside B were used to evaluate the effects of different drying temperatures to Callicarpa kwangtungensis . Results:The contents of Poliumoside and Forsythoside B were highest when the crude drugs were drying at 40℃, while the water content of which were the lowest, so the quality was best. Conclusion:The effects of different drying temperatures on the quality of Callicarpa kwangtungens are obvious .
