目的：观察广东紫珠药材加工过程中温度对药材质量的影响。方法：以抗炎活性成分金食蚕苷和连翘酯苷B作为广东紫珠药材质量评价指标，评价干燥温度对广东紫珠药材的影响。结果：40℃恒温干燥的广东紫珠药材含水分较低，金食蚕苷和连翘酯苷B含量均较高，药材品质最好。结论：不同干燥温度对广东紫珠药材质量影响较大。
목적：관찰엄동자주약재가공과정중온도대약재질량적영향。방법：이항염활성성분금식잠감화련교지감B작위엄동자주약재질량평개지표，평개간조온도대엄동자주약재적영향。결과：40℃항온간조적엄동자주약재함수분교저，금식잠감화련교지감B함량균교고，약재품질최호。결론：불동간조온도대엄동자주약재질량영향교대。
Objective: To explore the effects of different drying temperatures on the quality of Callicarpa kwangtungensis. Methods: The retention rate of Poliumoside and Forsythoside B were used to evaluate the effects of different drying temperatures to Callicarpa kwangtungensis . Results:The contents of Poliumoside and Forsythoside B were highest when the crude drugs were drying at 40℃, while the water content of which were the lowest, so the quality was best. Conclusion:The effects of different drying temperatures on the quality of Callicarpa kwangtungens are obvious .
