目的:评价磨牙推联合微型种植体支抗远中移动磨牙的快速性和有效性。方法选取2011年1月~2013年12月就诊的26例适合远中移动磨牙的安氏Ⅱ类错牙合患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组13例,使用磨牙推联合微型种植体支抗远中移动磨牙,对照组13例,单纯使用微型种植体支抗远中移动磨牙。术前术后取研究模型,拍摄头颅侧位片。结果实验组恢复Ⅰ类咬合平均需(3.94±0.39)个月,对照组为(5.37±0.45)个月,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组平均磨牙远中移动(5.05±0.52)mm,对照组为(4.75±0.24)mm,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论实验组较对照组能更快速有效远中移动磨牙,磨牙推联合微型种植体支抗技术值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the quickness and effectiveness of Lokar maxillary molar distalization appliance combined with micro - implant anchorage (MIA)in distoplacement of upper molars. Methods Twenty-six patients with Angle class II malocclusion who visited the Oral Outpatient Department of Guangxi Wuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)Hospital from January 201 1 to December 2013 and were suitable for the molar distoplacement were chosen in this study.All the patients were randomly divided into an experi-ment group (n =13)and a control group (n =13)according to different treatment methods.Lokar molar dis-talization appliance combined with MIA was used in the experiment group for molar distalization,and the con-trol group used MIA alone for molar distalization.The pre- and post-operative research models were pre-pared and the lateral head extraoral radiographic examination was done. Results The average time to restore Angle classⅠocclusion relationship in the experiment group was (3.94 ± 0.39 )months,and in the control group it was (5.37 ±0.45)months,comparison of the two groups showed statistically significant difference (P <0.05).The average distance of molar distoplacement was (5.05 ±0.52)mm in the experiment group, and it was (4.75±0.24)mm in the control group,there was not significant difference (P >0.05). Conclu-sion The experiment group can distoplace upper molars more quickly and efficiently than the control group. Lokar maxillary molar distalization appliance with MIA deserves clinical recommendation.
