目的:探讨行为分析诱导法对儿童口腔初诊治疗配合程度的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月期间我院口腔科初诊患儿300例,依据随机分配原则分为诱导组和对照组,每组各150例,对照组给予常规法治疗,诱导组给予行为分析诱导法治疗。应用儿童牙科畏惧调查表(CFSS-DS)评估所有患儿恐惧情况,Frankl 儿童行为分度法评估患儿配合程度。结果诱导组恐惧发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P =0.001);诱导组配合程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论行为分析诱导法可有效降低口腔科初诊患儿恐惧情绪,提高患儿初诊配合程度。

목적:탐토행위분석유도법대인동구강초진치료배합정도적영향。방법선취2014년1월~2015년1월기간아원구강과초진환인300례,의거수궤분배원칙분위유도조화대조조,매조각150례,대조조급여상규법치료,유도조급여행위분석유도법치료。응용인동아과외구조사표(CFSS-DS)평고소유환인공구정황,Frankl 인동행위분도법평고환인배합정도。결과유도조공구발생솔명현저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P =0.001);유도조배합정도명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P <0.01)。결론행위분석유도법가유효강저구강과초진환인공구정서,제고환인초진배합정도。
Objective This article aims to discuss the effects of behavior analysis induction method on children's cooperation with dentists'treatment at first visit to hospital. Methods A total of 300 children with first visit to the Stomatological Outpatient Department of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected in this study,according to the random distribution,all patients were divided into an induction group (n =150)and a control group (n =150),the control group was given conventional treatment,the induction group was given behavior analysis induction method treatment.We analyzed and evaluated children's fear by u-sing children's fear survey schedule-dental subscale (CFSS-DS)and assessed children's cooperation by using Frankl behavior rating scale. Results The incidence of fear in the induction group was lower than the control group,there was statistically significant difference by comparison (P =0.001).The cooperative rate in the in-duction group was higher than the control group,there was statistically significant difference by comparison (P <0.01). Conclusion Children receiving behavior analysis induction can effectively reduce the dental fear at their first visit to the stomatological outpatient department,and can increase the degree of cooperation at first visit to dentists.
