目的：建立跌打祛风膏的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别处方中大黄、薄荷脑等药材，并对乌头碱、士的宁做毒性限量检查。结果：大黄、薄荷脑的薄层色谱斑点清晰，分离度好，阴性无干扰；乌头碱、士的宁的毒性限量检查符合规定。结论：该实验方法操作简便，专属性强，重现性好，耐用性良好，结果准确可靠，可用于控制跌打祛风膏的质量。
목적：건립질타거풍고적질량표준。방법：채용박층색보법감별처방중대황、박하뇌등약재，병대오두감、사적저주독성한량검사。결과：대황、박하뇌적박층색보반점청석，분리도호，음성무간우；오두감、사적저적독성한량검사부합규정。결론：해실험방법조작간편，전속성강，중현성호，내용성량호，결과준학가고，가용우공제질타거풍고적질량。
Objective:To establish quality standard of Diedaqufeng Cataplasm. Mehtods:TLC method was used to distinguish rhubarb, menthol, and the toxicity of aconitine, strychnine set limit to test. Results:The spots of rhubarb and menthol were clear,good separating degree,negative without interference; the toxicity of aconitine and strychnine set limit to test compliance. Conclusion:The method is simple,exclusive,good reproducibility,durability ,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Diedaqufeng Cataplasm.
