将指数方法引入研究生教育结构评价，提出了研究生教育结构偏离指数的概念。运用该方法和概念对湖南省9所重点高校进行实证分析，结果表明：湖南省9所高校的研究生教育结构具有稳定性，但不同高校研究生教育结构发展态势不同，多数高校的研究生教育结构趋向合理，个别高校研究生教育结构出现固化或恶化的迹象。最后根据实证结果，提出了稳定硕士研究生教育发展速度、减缓专业学位研究生教育发展速度等对策建议。

In this paper,index method is introduced into the evaluation of graduate education structure,and the con-cept of deviation index of graduate education structure is proposed,which lays foundation for the empirical analysis of the graduate education structure in 9 key universities in Hunan province. The empirical results indicates that the graduate educa-tion structures of these 9 surveyed universities show stability, but present different trends with the development of times. Most universities enjoy a rational developing trend in their graduate education structure,with a few exceptions whose grad-uate education structure is stagnant or even worse. According to the above results,this paper puts forward solutions,such as developing the education of master degree graduate at a more stable rate, and slowing down the developing speed of the education of professional degree graduate.
