本文介绍1例罕见ABO变异型Bel06亚型样本检测过程，通过利用单克隆抗体检测患者的红细胞ABO抗原，用标准A、B、O红细胞检测其血清中ABO抗体，采取吸收放散实验和血型物质做进一步血清学实验检测。同时采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)、A/B基因第6、7外显子PCR产物直接测序方法进行ABO亚型基因分型和序列分，结果表明该患者红细胞无A、B抗原，同时血清中存在抗A抗体，吸收放散实验检测有B抗原，血型物质检测有H物质，无B物质，证明基因测序结果为Bel06型。
본문개소1례한견ABO변이형Bel06아형양본검측과정，통과이용단극륭항체검측환자적홍세포ABO항원，용표준A、B、O홍세포검측기혈청중ABO항체，채취흡수방산실험화혈형물질주진일보혈청학실험검측。동시채용취합매련반응-서렬특이성인물(PCR-SSP)、A/B기인제6、7외현자PCR산물직접측서방법진행ABO아형기인분형화서렬분，결과표명해환자홍세포무A、B항원，동시혈청중존재항A항체，흡수방산실험검측유B항원，혈형물질검측유H물질，무B물질，증명기인측서결과위Bel06형。
This study introduces the testing process of 1 case rare ABO subtype variant Bel06 sample.By using mono-clonal antibody testing ABO antigen in propositusred blood cell,using standardsA,B,O red blood cell for testing the ABO antibodies in serum,absorb radiation experiment and blood type material are used for further serological detection. At the same time using polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP),A/B gene 6,7 exons PCR prod-uct direct sequencing method for subtype ABO genotyping and sequence points.Studies have shown that red blood cell-sof propositus without A and B antigens,at the same time there is A resistance antibody in serum,absorb radiation ex-periment tests detection have B antigen,blood group substance detection have H substance and do not have B sub-stance,which proves that gene sequencing results is Bel06 type.
