为解决新制造、使用中、修理后的大功率机车轮重、轴重偏载问题,设计开发了大功率机车静态称重系统,该系统通过检测机车的轮重、轴重、转向架重及整车重量,经过计算机处理计算出车辆轮重差、轴重差以及单边侧轮重差,确定出机车的平面重心,并能依据检测结果计算形成指导机车轮重偏差的调整方案,依据调整方案进行调簧加垫,从而实现机车轮重、轴重均载平衡。
為解決新製造、使用中、脩理後的大功率機車輪重、軸重偏載問題,設計開髮瞭大功率機車靜態稱重繫統,該繫統通過檢測機車的輪重、軸重、轉嚮架重及整車重量,經過計算機處理計算齣車輛輪重差、軸重差以及單邊側輪重差,確定齣機車的平麵重心,併能依據檢測結果計算形成指導機車輪重偏差的調整方案,依據調整方案進行調簧加墊,從而實現機車輪重、軸重均載平衡。
