目的：：探讨非检验不合格的血液报废原因及预防措施，降低报废率，充分利用血液资源。方法：统计2012年~2014年非检验不合格的血液报废情况，分析报废原因。结果：在此类报废的血液中，主要是乳糜血，占85.11%，其次是容量不足、颜色异常、破损、溶血、过期、絮状物、凝块。结论：乳糜血是非检验不合格的血液报废的主要原因，加强献血知识的宣传，严格执行献血前征询和招募工作，可以有效地减少乳糜血的采集，降低报废率。成分制备、血液储存、运输及临床输血等过程也是导致血液报废的因素所在，每个环节应加强质量管理，减少血液报废。
목적：：탐토비검험불합격적혈액보폐원인급예방조시，강저보폐솔，충분이용혈액자원。방법：통계2012년~2014년비검험불합격적혈액보폐정황，분석보폐원인。결과：재차류보폐적혈액중，주요시유미혈，점85.11%，기차시용량불족、안색이상、파손、용혈、과기、서상물、응괴。결론：유미혈시비검험불합격적혈액보폐적주요원인，가강헌혈지식적선전，엄격집행헌혈전정순화초모공작，가이유효지감소유미혈적채집，강저보폐솔。성분제비、혈액저존、운수급림상수혈등과정야시도치혈액보폐적인소소재，매개배절응가강질량관리，감소혈액보폐。
Objective:To explore reasons and preventive measures for the discard of unqualified blood without the test to reduce the discard rate and make full use of blood resources. Methods:To collect and analyze cases of unqualified blood discard without tests from 2012 to 2014 and determine related reasons. Results:Among such ca-ses, chylous blood ranks first which accounts for 85. 11% followed by insufficient capacity, abnormal colour, breakage, haemolysis, floccule and clots. Conclusions:Chylous blood is the main reason for the unqualified blood discard without tests. Therefore, strengthening the publicity of blood donation and strictly enforcing the consultation and recruitment before blood donation can effectively decrease the chylous blood collection and the discard rate. Moreover, component preparation, storage, transportation and clinical blood transfusion are factors which cause blood discarding. Hence, we should improve the quality of management at all steps to reduce the blood discard.
