流感相关性脑病是流感危重症患者死亡的主要原因之一，但因病例数量较少、科学研究有限等原因，尚无针对该病的系统、深入的阐述。为了提高临床医生及科研人员对该病的认识，文章广泛收集国内外流感相关性脑病的文献资料，从概念、流行病学特征、诊断、鉴别诊断、发病机制、治疗、预后、预防等几个方面进行了概述，以供同行参考。

Influenza associated encephalopathy (IAE)is one of the major cause of death in influenza infection.Due to inadequate cases and limited research,there is still no systematical studies about IAE.This paper gave a brief introduction of the concept,the epidemiological characteristics,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,pathogenesis,treatment,prognosis and prevention to provide the reference for clinical references.
