机车是铁路运输的牵引,机车乘务员是牵引的驾驭者,机车乘务员的工作状态直接影响着铁路行车安全。提出单循环乘务排班方法,建立使各个乘务组的工作时间尽量达到均衡为目标的模型,利用分支定界法求解,合理的添加休息时间。以京津线的部分数据为例,验证算法的有效性,证明分支定界法可以有效解决单循环乘务排班问题。

The locomotive is the power of railway transportation ,the crew is the driver of the locomotive traction ,the working condition of crew directly affects the safety of railway traffic .This paper studied the single cycle crew rostering plan and established the model with making each crew working hours achieve equilibrium as far as possible ,used the branch and bound algorithm to solve ,and added time to rest reasonablely .Then make a railway crew roster based on part of Bejing‐Tianjin railway time which was verified the effectiveness of algorithm .It is proofed that branch and bound method can effectively solve the problem of the single cycle crew rostering .
