随着金沙江一系列梯级电站的开发，特别是向家坝、溪洛渡、白鹤滩、乌东德等巨型水电工程的建设，沉睡在金沙江流域高山峡谷深处的旅游资源将被“激活”。后靠安置移民参与到沿江旅游业的发展，充分、合理地利用大自然赐予的资源，为其搬迁、安置提供支持，为其就业、转产、致富提供机遇是值得研究的一条路径。各级政府应从思想观念、旅游规划、组织实施、项目投入和管理服务方面开发这一产业。

With a series of the large‐scale cascade exploitation of Jinsha River ,in particularly with the constructions of the huge hydropower stations such as Xiangjiaba ,Xiluodu ,Baihetan and Wudongde ,the tourism resources “sleeping” in the depths of the mountains and canyons of the Jinsha River Valley will be“activated” .The development of the tourism along the Jinsha River with the participation of the migrants after the resettlement ,and the full and moderate exploitation of the natural resources ,can provide a worthy approach for the study of the migrant resettlement and employment and the change of their jobs and enrichment of the migrants .The governments at all levels should explore the tourism industry from the perspectives of ideological changes ,tourism planning ,organization and implementation ,investment ,project management and services .
