为了解和评价卷烟质量,选取20个不同牌号的卷烟质量检测数据,综合考虑卷烟质量评价指标的主观和客观权重,构建基于熵权TOPSIS的卷烟质量综合评价模型,并结合已有文献数据展开实证研究. 结果表明:该模型评价结果与已有评价结果基本一致,说明该模型科学合理. 较之已有研究文献,该评价方法和思路更容易理解和操作,便于卷烟厂质量管理和烟草行业质量监督.

To understand and evaluate cigarette quality,this paper selected the cigarette quality test data about 20 brands flue-cured tobacco,and constructed the comprehensive evaluation model of cigarette quality based on entropy-weight TOPSIS method through con-sidering cigarette quality subjective and objective weights of evaluation indexes. An empirical?study?was?launched with the existing liter-ature data in the end. The results showed that the evaluation results was basically in accord with the existing evaluation results ,which proved the validity of the model. the evaluation and idea is more easily understand and operate than the existing literatures,and it is con-venient for quality management in the cigarettes?factory and quality supervision in the tobacco?industry.
