提要:小微企业对国民经济的发展非常重要,但由于企业内部及外部的多种原因,小微企业的发展过程受阻. 在新的经济社会发展格局下,应当用创新的思维来破解小微企业发展中的融资障碍.文章从小微企业的概念界定入手,分析了小微企业发展中的融资困境,然后从内源性创新路径、外源性创新路径、金融性创新路径三个方面破解小微企业融资困境,期望对小微企业的发展提供指导建议.

Small and micro enterprises in the development of the national economy is very important, but due to the internal and external reasons, the development of small and micro enterprises is blocked. In the new economic and social development pattern, it should use innovative thinking to crack the financing obstacles in the development of small and micro enterprises. This paper begins with the definition of micro enterprises, analyzes the financing difficulties in the development of small and micro enterprises, and then ana-lyzes the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises from three aspects: endogenous innovation path, exogenous innovation path and financial innovation path.
