目的：系统评价稳心颗粒联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法以稳心颗粒、步长稳心颗粒、冠心病心绞痛、心绞痛、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、缺血性心脏病为中文检索词，以 wenxin granules，buchang wenxin granules，coronary heart disease and angina pectoris，angina pecto-ris，coronary atherosclerotic heart disease，ischaemic heart disease 为英文检索词，计算机检索 EMBASE、MEDLINE、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数字化期刊全文数据库及中文科技期刊数据库（ VIP）数据库，收集稳心颗粒联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效对比的随机对照文献，提取纳入研究的特征信息。用 Revman5.3软件进行 Meta 分析，对稳心颗粒联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效进行系统评价，比较有效率。结果共纳入13篇文献。采用稳心颗粒联合西药治疗在改善冠心病心绞痛患者临床有效率方面[95% CI（3.33~6.28）]优于单用西药治疗，差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论采用稳心颗粒联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛临床有效率方面优于单用西药治疗。

목적：계통평개은심과립연합서약치료관심병심교통적료효화안전성。방법이은심과립、보장은심과립、관심병심교통、심교통、관상동맥죽양경화성심장병、결혈성심장병위중문검색사，이 wenxin granules，buchang wenxin granules，coronary heart disease and angina pectoris，angina pecto-ris，coronary atherosclerotic heart disease，ischaemic heart disease 위영문검색사，계산궤검색 EMBASE、MEDLINE、Cochrane Library、중국생물의학문헌수거고（CBM）、중국기간전문수거고（CNKI）、만방수자화기간전문수거고급중문과기기간수거고（ VIP）수거고，수집은심과립연합서약치료관심병심교통료효대비적수궤대조문헌，제취납입연구적특정신식。용 Revman5.3연건진행 Meta 분석，대은심과립연합서약치료관심병심교통적림상료효진행계통평개，비교유효솔。결과공납입13편문헌。채용은심과립연합서약치료재개선관심병심교통환자림상유효솔방면[95% CI（3.33~6.28）]우우단용서약치료，차이균유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론채용은심과립연합서약치료관심병심교통림상유효솔방면우우단용서약치료。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect and safety of wenxin granules combined with western medicine in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods Analysis was performed with Meta Revman 5. 3 software. The randomized clinical trials(RCTs)were retrieved by searching EMBASE,MEDLINE,The Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Date and VIP Database. Patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were included into research consisted of clinical randomized con-trolled trials and studies were extracted the feature information. Results Thirteen RCTs were analyzed. Wenxin granules combined with western medicine for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pec-toris showed better therapeutic effect compared with single application of Western medicine[95% CI(3. 33 ~6. 28)]. Differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Wenxin granules combined with western medicine for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris has better therapeutic effect than with single application of Western medicine.
