The paper introduces the role of the shearing walls,researches the optimal design methods for the shearing walls structure with the sim-ple solution,criterion method,and desynchronization method,and illustrates the calculation reference for the structural optimal methods and scheme selection methods by combining with engineering examples,so as to have the reasonable layout for the framework shearing wall structures.
