为研究环形交叉口上游车头时距分布特征，首先采集广州金江大道—兴业大道环形交叉口的4个进口上游连续4h车头时距数据，其次选用负指数分布，用以描述该道路条件下的车头时距统计分布特征，借助卡方检验对负指数分布做拟合优度检验，最后确定三组车头时距数据均服从负指数分布，研究结果可为城市道路环形交叉口的交通流特性及交通仿真研究提供参考。
為研究環形交扠口上遊車頭時距分佈特徵，首先採集廣州金江大道—興業大道環形交扠口的4箇進口上遊連續4h車頭時距數據，其次選用負指數分佈，用以描述該道路條件下的車頭時距統計分佈特徵，藉助卡方檢驗對負指數分佈做擬閤優度檢驗，最後確定三組車頭時距數據均服從負指數分佈，研究結果可為城市道路環形交扠口的交通流特性及交通倣真研究提供參攷。

In order to study the time headway distribution on upstream section of circular intersection ,this paper investigated four sets of the time headway data with four hours from Guangzhou city which choose the circular intersection at Jin‐jiang Road & Xing‐ye Road firstly ; furthermore , the exponential distribution was adopted to describe the time headway distribution especially in circular intersection ,and chi‐square test was used to estimate null hypothesis ;the exponential distribution of the time headway was determined on upstream section of circular intersection eventually . T he paper demonstrated that the characteristics of traffic flow and the theory distribution of the time headway can be referred on traffic simulation especial on circular intersection .
