近年来,高校与学生之间的纠纷层出不穷,高校自主管理权和学生权利形成了权力与权利的博弈.随着法治理念的不断普及和高等教育改革的推进,如何平衡高校管理权与学生权利之间的冲突,已成为社会各界普遍关注的问题.而要实现高校管理法治化,保障学生合法权益,就需要厘清高校管理权的界限,建立健全相关法律、法规,树立"以学生为本"的理念,完善多元化纠纷解决机制.
近年來,高校與學生之間的糾紛層齣不窮,高校自主管理權和學生權利形成瞭權力與權利的博弈.隨著法治理唸的不斷普及和高等教育改革的推進,如何平衡高校管理權與學生權利之間的遲突,已成為社會各界普遍關註的問題.而要實現高校管理法治化,保障學生閤法權益,就需要釐清高校管理權的界限,建立健全相關法律、法規,樹立"以學生為本"的理唸,完善多元化糾紛解決機製.
근년래,고교여학생지간적규분층출불궁,고교자주관리권화학생권리형성료권력여권리적박혁.수착법치이념적불단보급화고등교육개혁적추진,여하평형고교관리권여학생권리지간적충돌,이성위사회각계보편관주적문제.이요실현고교관리법치화,보장학생합법권익,취수요전청고교관리권적계한,건립건전상관법률、법규,수립"이학생위본"적이념,완선다원화규분해결궤제.
In recent years, disputes between colleges and students recur endlessly, causing standoffs between college self-governing and students' right. With the growing popularity of the concept of the rule of law and the advancement of higher education reform, balancing the college governing and students' rights has become a common issue. In order to realize the rule of law of college governing, and guarantee students' legitimate rights, we should clarify the boundaries of colleges' governing power, establish and improve the rele-vant laws and regulations, set up"student-oriented"concept, and improve the diversified dispute settlement mechanism.
