Analyzed the demand of railway transportion in the new system ,connection situation of special railway lines and Baotou Western Station ,and freight and empty train flows of new and old system had been researched .Through the detailed analysis and research ,proposed transfer mode of raw materials arrival and the product export ,priority path of empty train flow s and transport organization scheme about molten iron equilibrium for new and old system .
