针对FPSO系泊系统安全性问题,从服役多年系泊系统钢缆的剩余强度入手,建立系泊钢缆的剩余强度评估方法,利用无损检测仪检测系泊钢缆的损伤情况,计算剩余强度. 应用水动力软件和系泊分析软件计算系泊系统的极限张力,进而得到系泊钢缆的安全系数,为FPSO生产提供安全保障.

For safety of the FPSO mooring system, taking the mooring line which has serviced for many years in a FPSO as the research object, the residual strength assessment method of mooring lines is set forth.The damage in the mooring line is de-tected by the NDT instrument in order to calculate the residual strength.The ultimate tension of mooring system is calculated by the hydrodynamic software and mooring analysis software, so that the safety factor of mooring lines can be gotten, which can pro-vide the safety guarantee for the production of FPSO.
