依据影响工程项目物流管理的主要因素建立分类指标体系且对指标权重赋值，运用模糊聚类法对钢材、混凝土等大型工程主要施工物资进行分类，识别对物流管理影响大的关键物资和对物流管理影响小的次要物资，最后提出了大型工程物流管理建议。

Based on the main factors affecting the project logistics management,this paper establishes the classification index system and weight value of index. Then it uses fuzzy clustering method to classify large engineering major construction materials,such as steel and concrete,and identifies the important materials making the big impact on the logistics management and the secondary ones. Finally,it puts forward the sugges-tion for the logistics management of large scale engineering project.
